For insurance agents and agencies

A commission missing from the report? Now you can see it.

With Commika, every month you compare insurers’ commission reports with the previous month, and see what disappeared, dropped or was clawed back. At the end you get a ready-made letter to the insurer. Your clients’ names and Israeli ID numbers stay on your computer.

Illustration only. No real data here.

How it works

Three steps, once a month.

  1. Step 1: Download the reports as usual

You download the monthly commission reports from the insurers’ websites, as you do today. The desktop app recognizes them and gathers them in one place.

  2. Step 2: Compare with the previous month

Each report is compared with the previous month’s report. The app finds commissions that disappeared, dropped, changed rate or were clawed back. The AI suggests which column in the report is which, and you confirm. It also explains every gap in plain words.

  3. Step 3: Check and send a letter

A second checker, also an AI, re-checks every finding. A ready-made letter to the insurer is written from the findings, and you read it, approve it and send it yourself. The letter is always written in Hebrew, because that is the working language with insurers.

Your clients’ names and Israeli ID numbers stay with you

Only coded data leaves your computer. That way the AI can help you without seeing who your clients are.

Stays on your computer

These things are not sent to our server, not sent to the AI and not written to logs.

  • The original report files
  • Client names and Israeli ID numbers
  • Addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and dates of birth
  • Full policy and account numbers
  • The key that links “Client 17” to the real name

Leaves your computer, coded

Only this reaches our server and the AI service. It does not reveal who the client is.

  • A code instead of a name: “Client 17”
  • A coded policy ID, which can’t be decoded without the key that stays with you
  • Commission amounts and commission rates
  • Product type and insurer
  • The month and the finding type

A whitelist, not a blacklist

Only fields explicitly identified as allowed leave the computer. Every other column in the report is dropped by default.

The server will check again

The server is planned to check every piece of data that reaches it, and to reject it if it looks like an Israeli ID number, an email address or a phone number. Names can’t be detected automatically, so they are replaced with codes on your computer.

Letters are filled in on your side

The AI writes the letter from summaries only. The real policy numbers are inserted on your computer.

Everything in one place

From the raw report to the letter to the insurer.

All insurers on one screen

The reports of all the insurers you work with, side by side. No opening file after file and no going over tables by eye.

Monthly history

Each month is compared with the previous one, and the history is kept. You can go back to any month and see what was found in it and what has already been resolved.

AI analysis with a second checker

The AI explains every gap in plain English and flags what is urgent. A second checker re-checks every finding against the numbers, and if they disagree, the finding is flagged for you to review. The calculations themselves are done in code, not by the AI.

Ready-made letters

A letter to the insurer with a table of the gaps, ready to read, edit and send. The real policy numbers are inserted into the letter on your computer only.

Phone app

Results, notifications and letters in your pocket. You get a notification when there are new findings, and also when an insurer’s report hasn’t arrived.

Calendar and reminders

Set a reminder for every finding you need to follow up, and you can connect your Google calendar so everything appears in one place.

A monthly view of commissions

A chart of commissions over the months, by insurer and in total, with the amount to review.

A client portfolio that stays on your computer

Each client, with their policies and commissions, on one screen. Real names never leave the computer.

Reports center

A monthly summary, and preparation for the annual report to the Capital Market Authority. It is a preparation summary, not the official file.

Export for the accountant

An Excel file with the commission amounts for each insurer in each month, with no client information at all.

Frequently asked questions

Do my clients’ names and Israeli ID numbers leave my computer?

No. Client names, ID numbers and the original report files stay on your computer. Only coded data reaches our server and the AI, such as “Client 17”, together with amounts and commission rates.

The server, which has not launched yet, is planned to re-check every piece of data that reaches it, and to reject anything that looks like an ID number, an email address or a phone number. Client names are replaced with codes on your computer, because names can’t be detected automatically.

What exactly does the AI see?

To suggest the columns, the AI receives the report’s header rows as they are (short rows, with no digits, where most cells are familiar column names). Every other row is masked before it is sent. For the analysis and the check it receives the coded data only. It writes the letter from summaries: counts and total amounts.

The processing is done by Anthropic, as our sub-processor. You can switch the AI off in the agency settings, and then nothing is sent to it. Full details are in the privacy policy.

Does a finding mean the insurer made a mistake?

Not necessarily. A finding is a gap to check, not proof of an error. Some gaps have a legitimate explanation, for example a cancelled policy or a change in the agreement. The decision what to demand and what to send is yours.

Who is the “second checker”?

Another AI checker, which recalculates every finding from the numbers and checks that the analysis’s explanation matches them. If it disagrees, it marks the finding “disputed” and sends it back to the analysis once. If there is still no agreement, the finding stays flagged so that you decide.

Amounts, differences and thresholds are always calculated in code, not by the AI.

Which report formats can I use?

The AI suggests which column in the report is which (policy number, amount, rate), even when each insurer presents it differently, and you confirm or correct the suggestion before the check. That way there’s no need to set up a template for each insurer. Without the AI you can choose the columns yourself.

You can try the free demo with a report of your own and see how it works.

How do I sign in? Do I need a password?

There are no passwords. You sign in with a Google, Apple or Microsoft account you already have.

How much does it cost?

There are three plans, all per month + VAT: Basic at ₪99, Professional at ₪199, and success-based at ₪49 plus 10% of the commissions recovered, based on gaps confirmed by the insurer. Waitlist sign-ups get the first 2 months free. The web demo is free.

The full details are in the pricing section.

Can I delete my account and data?

Yes. You can delete your account directly from the app. The data stored about you on the server is deleted, and if you are the sole owner of the agency, all of the agency’s data on the server is deleted too. Data kept only on your computer is under your control.
